We have conducted already two Certified Training Programs on Systemic Coaching in India, in cooperation with the NHRD Network Chapter Hyderabad. We started the year with a workshop in Uganda. 30  energy experts from 5 different East African Countries met and discussed how to go about the Capacity Assessment of the East African Community scaling up strategy in a World Cafe type of discussion. Marion Keil is undertaking the Capacity Assessment and has facilitated the workshop. In May there will be the closing workshop in Kigali,Rwanda. Marion will present the findings.

The new year has started with a tremendous increase of raw material prices – whether it is copper, wheat, gold or oil. The stock exchange markets are busy.  We foresee a a busy year as well – change management consulting is in high demand.

In Germany/US we are involved in a merger project of intel/infineon together with koenigswieser &network, in conflict management trainings at Deutsche Bank, in an Organization Development project at Cusanuswerk, in training programs on Systemic Organization Development in Ghana and India, and in a Capacity Assessment of the East African Community Energy Access scaling up strategy.
